THE PENSION FUND MUST BE USED TO PAY THE DEBT WITH PENSIONERS

The Omnibus law proposes changes to the “1,000 Days Law”, a health act that grants additional family allowances to mothers with children under 3 years of age. OMNIBUS LAW SHOULD ELIMINATE THE NATIONAL TEACHERS’ WAGE BARGAINING

OMNIBUS LAW SHOULD ELIMINATE ALL BANK WITHHOLDING TAXES

The omnibus law partially limits bank withholding taxes. This will be legally challenged by the provinces that rely heavily on Sales withholdings. A better option is the total elimination of withholdings and offering the provinces that the AFIP (the federal tax agency) collects Sales Tax together with VAT. (more…)
